By downloading, accessing, or using PinMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
By using PinMe, you are entering into a binding legal agreement. Please read these Terms carefully.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Your continued use of PinMe after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be able to lawfully use PinMe in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of PinMe complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PINME'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO PINME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PinMe, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.
You may delete your account at any time by:

We will not terminate your account solely due to inactivity. Your account and any unused Pins will remain available until you choose to delete your account.
We don't delete inactive accounts. Your Pins are yours as long as you want them.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at help@pinme.now and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve disputes within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Nicosia, Cyprus.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you have opted out of arbitration, or if arbitration is not enforceable, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Nicosia, Cyprus, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of our intellectual property rights.
PinMe shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
Your continued use of PinMe after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and PinMe regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
